Indigenous Montagnards Tortured And Imprisoned On Charges Of Deforestation In Vietnam On January 10th and 16th of 2010, at approximately 8 am, security forces whose names are Thin from Kontum and a local official named Nguyen Quan Hien went to the village of Ploi Bar Gok to arrest four Montagnard men. Prior to being taken to jail, the Montagnard men were brutally beaten. The security official named Thin repeatedly kicked the Montagnard man named A Biu until he fell to the ground bleeding....
