Segment 1: Interview with Norman Atangalaak about mining in Baker Lake. He thinks it will damage human and community health, and traditional activities.

Segment 2: The Kivalliq Cup is a hockey tournament between Kivalliq communities.

Segment 3: Maye Haqpik makes a traditional bag out of caribou skin for traditional toys and other items.
