     40th Kamloopa Pow Wow 2019, Grand Entry Biggest in the West. There were over 500 brave dancers (it was 100 degrees!). They even had me join in the ''Caucasian Classics'' and dance to exhaustion. They had a great time making fun of us. Good thing that pat wasn't filmed (I hope). What a great way to start my summer pilgrimage around BC... :)

This was the foundation work for the drum dance song book 'Huqqullarutit Unipkaangit Stories Told Through Drum Dance Songs'. This song, Alvaksamaaliqsugu, is the first Copper Inuit drum dance song in the song book.
