Given the message of scrapping Bill C-311 and PM Harper's response during QP along with the legacy of delayed laggard position at the Ministry of Environment under his leadership, I think the best thing for Canada and the planet is for Baird to stay home. Let the other nations who are representing the best interests of all citizens of the world and not lobbying for the Oil & gas industry come to a decision. We are just going to get in the way of progress. Ian and Zacharias are the representatives that should be representing Canada in Cancun because they represent the interests of the majority.
