Part 5: Boots speaks about one of the actions in a wave of protests ensuing from the initial land reclamation on Douglas Creek Estate and the following Stirling Street takeover in Caledonia (Ontario). He explains how they shutdown the illegal development activity at the Kingspan Insulated Panels plant, in June 2008, in the city of Brantford, which is located in the heart of another Six Nations land claim.

Since May 2008, Boots and friends have targeted illegal development projects in the Brantford area, including the Hampton Inn; the Abridge Canada project; the Cambridge Heritage Management Corporation residential development; and a proposed industrial building in the Northwest Industrial Business Park. All these businesses have not undertaken the consultation process required under the Canadian constitution and Aboriginal rights.

In June of 2008, the city of Brantford won an interim injunction that prohibited protesters from demonstrating and disrupting construction sites. Despite on-going criminalization, the people of Six Nations continue to take action and challenge the illegal dealings of the Crown.
