Segment 1: This is a video of the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation’s 10th anniversary celebrations of IBC’s first broadcast (1982-1992). The festivities were broadcast on TVNC (Television Northern Canada). It includes footage and narration gathered by filmmaking students. A community feast and concert were included in the festivities. There was a huge cake on a small qamutik (sled). Various awards were given to IBC staff.
Segment 2: At a small conference on the Inuit (Inuktitut) language, a few elders discuss the language.
