Uvagut TV is Canada's first Inuktut television channel - broadcasting a rich 24/7 slate of programming from Inuit producers across Inuit Nunangat.   In addition to great movies, information, cultural programs, current affairs and priceless archives, we  broadcast 5 hours of kids programming daily from 6AM - 9AM EST every morning and in the afternoons from 2:30 - 4PM and 5PM - 6PM EST.

Uvagut TV  is available on Shaw Direct basic satellite 267 nationally; Arctic Co-ops cable 240 in Nunavut and NWT; FCNQ cable 308 in Nunavik; and online here (click on the player below).

Uvagut TV

By Inuit in Inuktut (60% English subtitles): children's series, movies, documentaries, live shows and priceless archives by Isuma, Kingulliit, Arnait Video, Artcirq, Taqqut, NITV and other independent Inuit producers; and by Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), Inuvialuit Communications Society (ICS) and other media organizations.
