I think this film is a satire, and not actual research. My take is that it is meant to illustrate the inability of psychometric testing (and other instruments and research methods developed from a dominant culture's perspective) to appreciate and capture the dynamic ways of describing and accounting for life in non-Western societies. And funny too.. Nathaniel
