In the 80's there were two scientists who were concerned that Nasa was ignoring some things, they left Nasa to follow their own observations and experiments. Ray Stoner organized people all over the world to measure where the sun was rising every day, I did it in Northern Nevada for a month as did other people in different parts of the world,. The sun rose 1 degree further every day sometimes it moved backwards or forwards, indicating a wobble in the earth's axis, this was the consensus.

There is a group celestialvision [at] yahoogroups [dot] com where we have had a discussion last month between a man in Wyoming noticing the sun was rising where it usually rose at the solstice and the same from someone in New Zealand
