Segment 1: Julia Amarualik of Igloolik accept a gift from Inuit Broadcasting Corporation for the naming contest of new a program called Qimaivvik.

Segment 2: Margaret Kipsigaq of Igloolik demonstrates how to scrape, shave, stretch and mount a bearded seal skin.

Segment 3: Malaya Papatsie and Elisapee Ishulutak of Iqaluit makes ‘akutti’, rendering caribou fat into tallow with other ingredients of seal fat, water and berries.

Segment 4: Barnabas Piryuak, David Tiktaalak and Lucy Kowak of Baker Lake return to their childhood campsite ‘Piqqiq’ with archeologist and a Parks Canada crew and reminisce about a time when they were children.

Segment 5: Scenes of Inuit jigging for arctic char.
