Segment 3: This is an entertainment show for the opening of Toonik Tyme. A bagpipe band named “Wild Times” from Halifax entertains the crowd. Other entertainers include Simeonie Keenainak, the Uvagut Band and the Family Brown.

The Inuit Broadcasting Corporation, established in Canada's territory of Nunavut, has been producing Inuit language video, by, for and about Inuit since 1981.
