Open call for filmmakers with an interest in co-productions
The 4th Nordic Co-Production and Film Financing Forum is taking place during the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund, 20 – 23 August.
Nordic Co-Production and Film Financing Forum is an event targeting producers, investors, film funds and sales agents with a professional interest in co-productions. In this forth edition of the seminar there will be a focus on co-producing with Germany, Canada and the various Nordic countries. The forum is in general open for submissions for all countries.
Our goal is to support the producers of feature-length fiction film projects that contains a link to the Nordic regions. Qualifying features will be produced or co-produced by a country in this area or are films that contain story elements based in this region.
Project criteria:
- full-length cinema feature film
- suitable for an international co-production
- completed screenplay in English (preferably)
- production budget limits: from 1,5 million Euros
- at least 30% of the budget already covered (preferably)
- company must have completed one international co-production (preferably)
