Lazaris suggesting royalties for those that use to live in Milne Inlet

grew up at Milne Inlet and they used to go up there to go caribou hunting. The fish was plentiful and the meat was delicious, but now it is the port side. Has heard that there is a lot of dust deposition. He has worked for Baffinland and has applied numerous times and has never received an answer. He would like to make a steady income for those of them who used to live at Milne, they should receive royalties since the impacts have already happened in that area.
