Segment 1: Baker Lake residents Elisapee Paungat and Peggy Aitauq recall their nomadic childhood days. They also discuss and demonstrate plants that are good for making tea.

Segment 2: Josie Kusugak and his family go spring camping with his in-laws in Rankin Inlet.


Segment 3: Ningiuraapik Siutiapik explains the harvesting and parts of clams.

Segment 4: Mary Siutiapik demonstrates how to make clam stew.

Segment 5: Taloyoak residents use a fish weir to spear arctic char in the suputi (rock across the river.)
