Uvagut TV is Canada's first national Inuktut television channel - broadcasting movies, documentaries, cultural programs, current affairs shows, interviews with elders, and 5 hours of daily kids shows.  We are currently available in over 600,000 homes across Canada.

Subscribers to Shaw Direct satellite throughout Canada and Arctic Co-op Cable (Nunavut and NWT) can watch Uvagut TV on their basic cable packages - channel 240 or 267. FCNQ (Nunavik) subscribers can watch on channel 308.

We have applied to the CRTC to issue a mandatory distribution order under section 9(1)(h) of the Broadcasting Act. This would ensure that Uvagut TV be included in the basic tv package by every Canadian cable and satellite provider. Click here to find out more.
