Leonard Harry

Elder Leonard Harry was born in Aklavik and raised out on the land in Alatkasik.

His parents were George and Martha Harry.

Leonard from a young age began training under his father and his grandparents in everything, trapping, hunting, fishing, and gathering.

Leonard appears on Tunnganarniq Nunagijavut: Inuvik to talk about his life growing up in the Delta and working in Inuvik, and being an interpreter for Inuvialuit Communication Society (ICS).
