An introduction to the DIAMA/IsumaTV and the Inuit Culture Education was made to the principal and teachers of Ataguttaaluk Elementary School and High School in Igloolik. Noah Piugattuk was born in 1900 and lived to be 96 years old. He spent most of his life living a traditional Inuit life on the land and over the course of his lifetime saw the decline of traditional practices that had persisted for thousands of years and the creation of a new relationship with the Canadian colonial state.
