On November 24th, Inuit Knowledge and Climate Change was screened on Parliament Hill at The National Press Gallery, the audience included approximately 40 MPs, Senators and Government Staffers from across all the major Canadian political parties.

Policy makers are listening to the voice of Inuit Elders regarding their views on climate change, northern research and the role of indigenous knowledge in governance. It's a major achievement and we would like to thank The Council of Canadians, Indigenous Environmental Network, and MP Linda Duncan for their help organizing this event

Next, the film will be screened in Cancun at the UN's COP-16 international summit on climate change starting in early December. We'll keep you posted - keep tuning into IsumaTV for the details.
