Janet asking if we as a comunity can oppose the rail road to Steensby Inlet if we get conserns about safty of the ships and the environment.

Baffinland said the railway would be going up north, not going to Steensby. If they have enough concerns about a part of the railway to Steensby, can the NIRB stop it. Is it possible for the majority of them to oppose it if they don’t want it? Studies show that there is not enough water. Any way the NIRB can prevent the port from being built at Steensby?
