MLA Paul Quassa: There is a quota on caribou in Baffin Island, their migrating routes will have to be monitored closely

From Mary River to Milne Inlet, should there be a railway built there? Migration routes have to be well known. They should be marked, because from what they heard, since Baffinland exploration they were considering building a railroad and they were going to have caribou crossings, which is really silly. Are they going to do embankments so that the caribou can cross the railway? Is it still being proposed?
